Please Note: in order to avoid any confusion, we request you to notify us at enquiries@estheradorned.com and accounts@estheradorned.com that your order is being refused for the same reason. Just for feedback, please do let us know what caused you to cancel your order, this will help us improve in future.
In case your money has been debited and you can’t see your order under My Orders section, please recheck after 15 minutes.
Coupon amount will not be refunded in case of returns/cancellation.
Please take the following steps to return the product:
a)Ensure that your product is eligible for return.
b) Once Return request is processed, you’ll receive the Return confirmation e-mail.
c) Pack your order in its original packaging, including all tags, freebies related to the purchase of that product (if any) and receipts and mention your name, order number and mobile number.
d) Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tag, if any.

e) Our logistics partner will pick up this package from you.
f) Post inspection, only after we get a go ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team the refund process will be initiated
g) The refunded amount will take anywhere between 4 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

b)Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
c) Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damage
d) Serial Number is tampered with.
e) If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
f) It is a free product provided by brand

To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than three hours at a time during the first third of the candle and one to two hours at a time thereafter.
Do not leave your candle burning unattended.
Do not set your candle in a draft.
Keep away from children, curtains, other flammable items and pets.
Should the wick require centering, gently readjust it to correct position when the wax is still liquid. Allow candle to solidify before relighting.
Always trim the tip of the wick. It should be clean and no longer than 5 mm at all times. This also prevents the unlikely event of appearance of black smoke, otherwise known as soot.
Always protect the table or surface on which the candle rests (with a ceramic plate, for example).
Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-liquid wax at the bottom.
Keep your candle in a dry and temperate environment between 16–26° C.
Your candle is Soy based which most unlikely but might naturally solidify unevenly. This isn’t a sign of diminished quality and is simply a natural occurrence beyond the control of the manufacturer.
Warning: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid releasing into the environment.
If on skin: Wash if irritation or rash occurs and get medical attention. Reuse your containers as penholders or flower pots or simply as decor. do not microwave your candle jar due to its metallic components in the wick as well as gold paint. Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with regulations.

Esther Adorned Jewellery comes with a limited 6 month plating warranty* .
While Esther Adorned goes to great lengths to ensure the longevity of the plating on your jewellery, by producing it in reputed industries who mandatorily have to follow long list of stringent manufacturing practices and quality requirements developed by us, followed by our 3 round Quality Control Practice, taking into account our intensive research and the manufacturers’ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, we still need to take into account factors beyond our control. And should your jewellery have any noticeable dulling or plating related issue, over the course of 6 months, our warranty policy has got you covered.
– The jewellery is exposed to chlorinated or salt water, skincare/ haircare products, makeup like setting spray or anything alcohol based, perfumes or detergents.
-The jewellery has been exposed to excessive sweating or humidity and hasn’t been carefully wiped and stored as the directions on the care card.
-The Jewellery has been used in an unsuitable environment such as while gardening, exercising etc.
Plating or and Physical damages caused by these factors and that which is self induced due to improper maintenance will not be eligible for Esther Adorned’s warranty policy. Should you still wish to repair your damaged jewellery, simply reach out to us at enquiries @estheradorned and we would be able to service your needs accordingly.
Step 2: After Identifying the above, gather your invoice and warranty card provided with your jewellery at the time of its purchase and raise a warranty claim request by reaching out to us directly at enquiries@estheradorned.com Mention: WARRANTY CLAIM in the subject of your email and we’ll assist you with the same.
